Prestige Wash Club Terms and Conditions:

  • VEHICLE REGISTRATION: Membership in the Hoppy’s Prestige Wash Club is valid for one vehicle registration only.

  • DETAILS OF SERVICES: Premium wash package includes limitless zoom exteriors (with machine dry only) plus Premium service per month – hand wash, vacuum, window clean inside + out, tyre shine, door jambs wipe, Slipstream 30 and interior plastic trim clean. Ultra Prestige package includes Premium wash package plus Ultra Prestige service per month - option of wheel detail OR leather clean + protect and 10% off additional detailing services. Premium and Ultra Prestige packages per month only (not carried over to the following month if un-used).

  • SIGN UP PERIOD: Wash club members must sign up for a minimum of three (3) months.

  • EXCLUSIVE R66 OFFER: First month 50% off for Route 66 members with current subscriptions in April 2025 only.

  • FACILITY USAGE: This membership is valid for the use of the Hoppy’s Prestige Bowen Hills facility and its’ customers only and is not affiliated with any other Hoppy’s site.

  • VEHICLE SIZE LIMITATION: Membership is not applicable to vehicles that exceed the size limit of our conveyor or cannot safely navigate through the wash tunnel.

  • EXCLUSIVITY: Membership is exclusively available for privately owned vehicles and is not applicable to Commercial Passenger Vehicles, such as taxis, limousines, private transfer vehicles, or any other ride-sharing enterprises.

  • MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS: The benefits of this program cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

  • SITE CLOSURE: Hoppy’s Prestige reserves the right to temporarily close sites due to inclement weather conditions or equipment issues.

  • PROGRAM MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION: Hoppy’s Prestige reserves the right to modify or cancel the Wash Club program or any membership associated with it at any time and for any reason, with prior written notice.

  • MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER: Membership is transferable upon the purchase of a new vehicle, subject to notification to Hoppy’s Prestige Bowen Hills via email at manager@hoppysprestigecarwash.com Please allow up to three (3) business days for account updates.

  • TRANSFER TO OTHER LOCATIONS: Membership to a different location is not permitted. If you wish to transfer your monthly membership to another Hoppy's site, you will need to provide written notice via email to manager@hoppysprestigecarwash.com  to cancel your membership, which will forfeit your current membership. You will then need to sign up online for a monthly direct debit payment with another Hoppy's site.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Membership may be cancelled at any time with a written notice of two weeks via email to manager@hoppysprestigecarwash.com Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. There are no associated fees with cancellation if cancelled within these terms.

  • REFUNDS AND CREDITS: No refunds or credits will be provided for partial membership periods.

  • SURCHARGE NOTICE: Vehicles may be subject to excess dirt or bugs surcharges which will be based on how the vehicle presents at the time of being washed.

  • PUBLIC HOLIDAY AND HOLIDAY CLOSURE: The Hoppy’s Prestige Bowen Hills site is closed from December 25th to January 2nd each year for maintenance. No membership credits will be issued for this period. Hoppy’s Prestige Bowen Hills closes on the following public holidays: Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Anzac Day. No membership credits will be issued for these days.

  • PAUSE OF MEMBERSHIP: Membership can be paused for a maximum of three (3) months’ across a twelve (12) month period.

  • DIRECT DEBITS: Monthly payments are in advance (commencing from your start date) and deducted from your nominated account each month. Direct debit payments can continue for any desired length of time. We use Payrix as our direct debit providers; they will provide the direct debit service but Hoppy’s Prestige is the point of contact.

  • DIRECT DEBIT FAILURE: We will retry for 7 days and then stop. If a membership has expired it will remain expired until such time as the customer signs back up using the usual website flow.
